Reservation Procedures
In order to secure the group rate you must call the hotel and let them know that you would like to reserve a room in the block of rooms reserved for Indigenous Values Initative Wooden Stick Lacrosse Tournament. Reservations will be made in the following manner – Individual reservations, per team. Individuals/ Teams pay on own.
- The Cut-off Date for accepting reservations into this room block is 9/28/18. Reservation requests received after 5:00 PM local time at the Hotel on the Cut-off Date will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.
- Individual Call-in reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card, which will be supplied at the time of reservation.
- Reservations must be cancelled by 6:00 PM EST 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one (1) night stay plus taxes.
- If the reservation is no longer required and is not cancelled prior to this time, the reservation will be released and subsequent room and tax charges will be billed to the credit card on file.
