The Central New York region is excited about the upcoming scrimmage at the Carrier Dome between the Iroquois Nationals, Team Israel, and Syracuse University lacrosse teams. The Indigenous Values Team is working hard on this event so mark your calendars. One of the most inspiring things about this event is is seeing the generous spirit of gratitude being shown for this Haudenosaunee gift of a game we have all come to love, is truly inspiring! For those of you who might not be familiar with Lacrosse, this game was played over 1,000 years ago on the shore of Onondaga Lake.
