Reservations will be made in the following manner – . If reservations are via rooming list, please forward this list to the attention of your Sales Manager on or before Cut-Off Date of 07/18/2018. The rooming list should indicate any guests requiring special attention. Reservations received after Cut-Off Date, are subject to rate and/or space availability. Should additional rooms be required after Cut-Off Date, the Hotel will make every effort to accommodate this request. Individual Call-in reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card, which will be supplied at the time of reservation. Reservations must be cancelled by 6:00 PM EST Two (2) days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one (1) night stay plus taxes. If the reservation is no longer required and is not cancelled prior to this time, the reservation will be released and subsequent room and tax charges will be billed to the credit card on file.
